Soil composition: medium mix and medium calcareous.
Vintage: hand vintage, September
Wine - making: pressed and stripped grape with
pellicular maceration at 26° - 28° for about 10 days,
the alcoholic and malolatic fermentation in stainless
steel tanks.
Refinement: in steel and in strokes of French oak for
about 6 mouths and at least 12 mouths in bottle.
Bottling time: July/August
Colour: Red, intense ruby.
Bouquet: intense and persistent of excellent quality
with signs of grassy and mature fruit.
Taste: dry, warm, savory, enough soft, justy tannic.
Mature fruits and signs of raspberries and violas are
perceived.
Temperature of ideal service: 18°
Gastronomic combinings: thanks the good structure
and the intese bouquet of this wine, it is possible to
combine various base dishes meats, but also a good
seasoned cheese.
