BISACCIONE Marche Rosso I.G.T - 2018

Complex, important, for meditation red wine. This wine is a blend of the best selections of Cabernet Sauvignon and Montepulciano grapes from our estates, separately hand picked from mid September through October. Cabernet Sauvignon and Montepulciano grapes, as an ideal marriage between a very elegant international grape variety and a powerful local grape: the perfect matching to simultaneously bring out the “terroir” and the modernity represented by those grapes. The wines, vinificated with 15 days maceration on the skins, remain in stainless steel tanks until December; then are aged one year, either in small barrels or in 500 lt tonneaux. Subsequently, the wines are assembled and bottled, where the final product is sharpened for further 9/12 months.
