Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso - DOC 2018

The Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso is a native grape grown in Friuli-Venezia Giulia, historically bound to the Aquileia area. Its name comes from the stems (in italian "pedicello) that hold the grapes, which turn red close to the harvest period.
The bunch is large, long and pyramidal, with spaced grapes that have thin peel and a deep blue colour.

The Maring Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso wine has a bright and satured ruby ​​red colour, with violet reflections. The nose has notes of wild berries and spices, while the taste is juicy with hints of plums and blackberries.
It's a genuine wine, fresh and pleasant, suitable to pair with the traditional cuisine of Friuli-Venezia Giulia.
